Every receipt on your buy sheet, in one click.

You bought forty things this week. They're sitting in your inbox as forty order confirmations, and none of them are in your books yet. ReceiptDrop turns each one into clean spreadsheet rows and files the email away — without you typing a number.

Free for beta testers. Works with Gmail in Chrome.

How it works

Open the email. Click once. Done.

No inbox scanning, no forwarding rules, no giving anyone your mailbox. ReceiptDrop only ever looks at the one email you have open, when you tell it to.

1

Open a receipt

Any order confirmation in Gmail — Target, Walmart, a Shopify brand site, a distributor invoice. A button appears in the corner.

2

Check what it found

Every item, quantity, and price is laid out for review. Anything the receipt didn't make clear is highlighted so you can fix it before anything is written.

3

It lands on your sheet

One row per item, in your own Google Sheet, and the email is archived. Your inbox gets shorter and your books get current at the same time.

Built for sourcing

It learns your catalogue as you go

Generic receipt scanners give you an expense line. ReceiptDrop gives you a buy sheet you can actually source from.

ASIN memory

Retail receipts don't carry ASINs. Type one once and every future purchase of that product fills in its ASIN, your product name, and brand automatically — with a "bought 3×" badge so you know it recognised it.

Your columns, your naming

Turn on ASIN, brand, target sell price, ROI %, cashback, destination, tracking, and more. Your sheet stays yours — filterable, sortable, and shaped how you work.

Drop a photo or a PDF

In-store receipt on your phone? A PDF invoice? Drag it in, or paste a screenshot straight from the clipboard. Same review, same rows.

It checks the math

Printed line totals beat rounded unit prices. Gift cards and discounts are reconciled, not flagged as errors. Duplicate orders warn before they double-post.

It never reads your inbox

ReceiptDrop has no access to your mailbox — no Gmail permissions at all. It reads the single email you have open, only when you click the button. Google access is limited to the one spreadsheet it creates for you; it cannot see anything else in your Drive.

Questions

Does this read my email?

No. ReceiptDrop requests no Gmail permissions whatsoever. It reads the text of the one message you have open on screen, and only at the moment you click the button. It cannot search, list, or open anything else in your mailbox.

What does it do with my Google account?

It asks for the narrowest permission Google offers — access to files the app itself creates. That means the one buy sheet it makes for you, and nothing else in your Drive. Not your other spreadsheets, not your documents, not your photos.

Which stores does it work with?

Any retailer that emails you an order confirmation. It reads the email like a person would rather than relying on per-store templates, so Target, Walmart, Shopify brand sites, boutique stores, and distributor invoices all work.

I already have a buy sheet. Do I have to switch?

No. ReceiptDrop creates its own sheet, then gives you a one-line formula to paste into your existing workbook so the rows flow in automatically and stay updated.

What if it gets something wrong?

You see everything before a single cell is written. Missing prices are highlighted in red, unusual figures in amber, and duplicate orders warn you first. Nothing is saved until you approve it.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and you keep your sheet — it lives in your own Google Drive, not ours. Cancelling stops the parsing; your data stays exactly where it is.

Clear the backlog tonight

ReceiptDrop is in private beta with a small group of sellers. Leave your email and I'll send you the extension and a licence key.

One email when your key is ready. Nothing else, ever.
